Our fees are based on the hourly rate plus on-costs (employer National Insurance, holiday pay) plus a margin. However, these can vary from client to client, depending on specific requirements and agreements.
Candidates can be replaced if they are taken on a temporary basis. For permanent candidates who have incurred a fee, we offer a rebate period of up to 8 weeks on a sliding scale, based on the percentage of the fee.
